Ghreiba

This is a sort of Turkish shortbread, conical in shape, made of fine semolina mixed with chickpea flour or sorgo, sugar, oil, and sometimes almonds. These confections are baked in a baker’s oven.

Varieties :

  • Ghreiba farina (made with simple flour)
  • Ghreiba homs (made with chickpea flower)
  • Ghreiba droo (made with sorgo)
