1- Investment in agricultural activities :
Agricultural projects are classified according to the size of the area to be exploited and according to three categories defining the amount of the financial investment, according to decree no. 427 dated the 14/02/1994.
CATEGORY "A "
* Investments that are equal or inferior to 40,000 TD and involve an area described below with an autofinancing of at least 10%.
*Dossiers that are covered under the CRDA services.
CATEGORY "B"
* Investments that are equal or inferior to 60,000 TD and involve an area described below with an autofinancing of at least 10%.
* Dossiers that are covered under the APIA services.
CATEGORY "C"
* Investments that are equal or inferior to 150,000 TD and involve an area described below with an autofinancing of at least 30%.
* Dossiers covered by the APIA services.
2) Investments in the fishing industry

* Investments of at least 60,000 TD in coastal fishing.
* Dossiers covered by CRDA services. |

"B"
|
* Investments of at least 60,000 TD and less or equal to 3000,000 TD in coastal fishing and small game fishing as well as acquacultural projects with an autofinancing of at least 10%.

"C"
|
* Investments of over 300,000 TD for fishing and/or acquacultural projects with an autofinancing of at least 30%.
* Dossiers covered by the APIA |
3) Investments in basic elaboration of agriculturaland/or fishing products.
Classified as category « C » :
Investments in the basic elaboration and conditioning of fishing products when such products are part of agricultural or piscicultural projects.
Dossiers and their implementation are covered by the services of the APIA .
4). Investments in activities and services in the domain of agriculture and the fishing industry.
Classified as category « C » :
. Service activities in the domain of agriculture and fishing.
